Rockmelon (Whole)

Baby spinach is the young spinach leaves. the smaller leaves are more tender and sweeter than the m mature spinach. Great added to salads, on your sandwhich or added to a stir fry.

White button mushrooms are suited for raw and cooked applications such as baking, roasting, sautéing, grilling, or stewing. It doesn't get much easier than sautéing mushrooms in butter/oil with garlic, salt and pepper to have with your steak or just on toast!

Dill with it's lovely feathery leaves tastes a little like anise and goes well with seafood, chicken and pork. It works well as a garnish too.
