Watercress has a peppery flavoured goes well with rich dishes that have  a fat component. You can also add it to a salad or sandwich. Did you know that watercress is one of the oldest know vegetables that humans consumed?

Dill with it's lovely feathery leaves tastes a little like anise and goes well with seafood, chicken and pork. It works well as a garnish too.
