Black plums  are sweet and juicy, eat them or cook them delicious either way, Have you ever thought about a plum salad? Add red wine vinegar, a little honey and cracked black paper together until honey is dissolved. Use this sauce to coat the plums cut into wedges and a little olive oil and shaved parmesan cheese.
