White button mushrooms are suited for raw and cooked applications such as baking, roasting, sautéing, grilling, or stewing. It doesn't get much easier than sautéing mushrooms in butter/oil with garlic, salt and pepper to have with your steak or just on toast!

We just love these small new season potatoes. Potato salad is always an easy and favourite barbecue addition. Cook potatoes until soft, add salt, pepper, chives and drizzle with olive oil and maybe even throw on some parmesan cheese, delicious.

Kale can be eaten raw or cooked and has ben around for a long time even the romans ate it. Make kale chips, add it to your smoothies, pasta or soup.
